Mifsud betrays own confidence, leaks whereabouts to media

The AFL’s loose-lipped community engagement manager, Jason Mifsud, breached his own confidence yesterday when he advertently leaked the whereabouts of his current hiding place to Grant Thomas.

“I spoke with Jason two days ago” Thomas blogged from his solarium. “Within five minutes he’d cracked, told me the precise address of his hideaway, added a handy hint that google maps misses the mark by about a kilometer so you’ve got to keep driving until you see a red and yellow mailbox, before finally emailing its geographic co-ordinates to avoid any doubt.”

Thomas’ revelation comes as the AFL confirmed any future leaks from its head office would be automatically attributed to Mifsud in the absence of compelling countervailing evidence.
